Sorry for coming in late, but here is how I Alphabetize my excel sheet 1, select what you want to Alphabetize 2, press Alt a, s, a, and then press enter Patti Hi That key is called the application key. Also, some keyboards don't have the context menu, A K A, the applications key. If yours does not; use the shift f10, it is the same thing.
