I installed Windows 7 Professional over the weekend on my iMac VMware- Fusion and it is working great. Had a few issues, but after using some VMware forum tweaks got it to work great. I still wish I could run Legacy direct on my iMAC, but with Fusion, I seem to be able to use both PC and Apple items. I searched through the archives and the only answers were on the beta release of Windows 7. Now that is has officially been released has anyone try Legacy with Windows 7 yet? Any problem areas or should be a smooth transition. I will be installing it on a new system next week. tfyip, Christina

Yes, my old computer actually crashed the day before the release, oct. 21st and my son got me a new computer that came with windows 7. I had to use the on-line download and open the delux as my cd would not load it and I had errors printing and stuff. support got back to me the next day with easy to follow directions and it came up perfectly with my backup. According to CNET - When boxed copies of Windows 7 go on sale on October 22... Anything you are getting before that is a pre-release version.
