If you add your family via gedcom you can include sources and notes. I use this process whenever I find a family missing in its entirety from nFS. The Location List will print in the order that the Master Location List is sorted in. The Location Report prints in order by city, county, state, country. You can access the Location List through the Master Location List - click on Options Print, where you'll find both reports. Only the Location Report shows in the Books/Other tab of the Select a Report window. Not that I'm aware of. The closest I could get to your wish is Reports All Reports Location Report On the Include tab, use All Locations Master Location Summary counts (this option minimises data in the report) On the Options tab, use Check first two options - Long and Short location name Sort order - standard left to right Then either Preview or Print. I found no way to include prepositions.
