Re: [LegacyUG] How can I disable the display of a specific event?
Just an update. Disabling an event works in both sentence and list style formating if the INDIVIDUAL event is marked private. It is only when the master event is marked private AND I use list style formating that the event displays when it should not. I am using the latest version (6.0.0.83) so 83 did not fix it. I reported it to support. I did notice, maybe with this release, that with the master event marked private and using sentence formating, that the child who's event is NOT marked private (but the master is) displays the word EVENT and puts an * (or #) but does not display anything about the event. RE: [LegacyUG] How can I disable the display of a specific event?
Bruce, Thanks for the information. We've got this logged in our tracking system. When it's fixed, we'll reply to you and the user group list with the Fixed, next build... message. Dave, the programmer over this particular issue, is moving this week, so in reality it will probably be a couple of weeks until this is fixed. Thanks for your patience. Re: [LegacyUG] How can I disable the display of a specific event?
Thanks, Dennis You are right on target. I was using List Style formatting. When I change to Sentence Style the printing is suppressed for both parents and children. Thanks for reporting it to support. Should I do anything?
