Peter: Have your friend send a PLAIN TEXT message, not an HTML message. It is generally considered bad manners to send HTML to a list in general, and I am pretty sure the server won't understand commands in HTML! Regards, Jim

Peter, I don't know. It may or may not have something to do with him sending mail in HTML format?
