Re: [MiKTeX] Read/write translation with Cyrillic
Thanks. As I said, the TeX side works fine with CP1251. But, of course, this: " Moroz i solnce, den\cyrsftsn{} chudesny\U{i}!\\ Eshch\"e ty dremlesh\cyrsftsn{}," Is not an option, either! :) > -Original Message- > From: Bostjan Vilfan [mailto:bjvil...@gmail.com] > Sent: Monday, January 8, 2018 12:41 AM > To: A place for MiKTeX users to discuss MiKTeX related questions. us...@lists.sourceforge.net> > Subject: Re: [MiKTeX] Read/write translation with Cyrillic > > on the off-chance that it might help, there's a non-utf8 version: > > %-*-LaTeX-*- > %%% Moroz_OT2.tex %%% > % > %% > %% Date: 9-Aug-2002 > %% Author: wd (wolfgang.dob...@ncl.ac.uk) % > > \documentclass[a4paper,12pt]{article} > > \usepackage[T2A,OT1]{fontenc} > \usepackage[ot2enc]{inputenc} > \usepackage[russian,english]{babel} > > \sloppy % Hyphenation is a problem.. > > \author{A. Re: [MiKTeX] followup on pstricks bug
Sorry - is this a response to my inquiry about a .dll file? Jay Jay H. Beder, Professor EMS E485 Department of Mathematical Sciences414-229-4836 University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee PO Box 413 Milwaukee, WI 53201-0413 http://people.uwm.edu/beder/ From: Evan CoochSent: Sunday, January 7, 2018 6:03:15 PM To: A place for MiKTeX users to discuss MiKTeX related questions. Subject: [MiKTeX] followup on pstricks bug According to Herbert Voss (who maintains the pstricks package): "On CTAN is a fixed version since several days. And TeXLive already has it" -- Herbert So, the problem (according to Herbert) is that the MikTeX repos are (still) out of date wrt to pstricks. I just looked 5 minutes ago, and they're still showing an update available for the 2.80a build (31-Dec), which is the same version from ~7 days ago that had the bug in it that several people have posted on. The older version of pstricks (11-28-2017 build date) still works, so until MikTeX repos are updated to the latest and greatest, you either ignore the MikTeX update, or pull down a version yourself from CTAN. -- Check out the vibrant tech community on one of the world's most engaging tech sites, Slashdot.org! http://sdm.link/slashdot ___ Q: How can I leave the mailing list?
