Be prepared for the unexpected

2009-01-16 Thread larmelton3
I am sending this because I believe we here in Springfield will be faced with
a very real security problem in the next year or sooner then that.
I say that because Springfield is down 30 or so (Who knows) police officers.
The City is loosing on avearge 3 per month. Doing that math In one year we
could be down 60 plus officers. The Tax issue passing or failing will not help
or reflect on the matter. It takes a year to get officers hired and trained
and they have stopped all hiring until we support or and vote for a tax.
This has put our City in a very dangerous position and I hope all of you will
contact Home Land Security and as for assistance.
Crime is on the rise and officers are on the decline. We are in the middle of
a new City Manager politically jockeying citizens with false statements in
the Local media and the Media is following him into a security problem that we
may need to take into our own hands with in the next few months.
Are you prepared to defend yourself and or to do what is necessary to stay
safe.

Everyone in my hood has a dog. We all know our dogs and the guy next door. We
understand the dog alert barks and visitor barks and just confused barks.
You ever have the neighbors dog go nuts bark'en about something that you
understand aint right. Then your dog chimes in and it grows down the road.
You know that something com'eth. Or you got your head up your butt and just
think it is annoying.
I have a Boston Terrier that will let you come in the house if I first
introduce him to YOU.
Not you to HIM. If you are not excepted and he don't think you came to play
with him. You may need another pair of pants handy.
My neighbor to the East walked up on me and my dog playing in the yard one
day and said in a loud voice Larry ! He was not introduced. My dog jumped into
his face so fast that I had no time to grab him. knocked his glasses off and
just missed removing his nose. I had just enough time to shout to my dog it is
Glenn.
The raid stopped as fast as it started. Keep one in your yard or in the house.
They can create interference long enough to get to your hard ware.

I have ran a neighborhood watch group, the biggest problem you will have is
getting people to take the hours that really need the watch, most want to do
early times and go home and get a good nights rest, so you end up with only one
or two people doing the late hours and that gets old real fast. You also have
to understand that unless you get the support of the police, anything you do
may work against you and favor the perps.

O.Boy.
Officers in K.C can't get to the scene fast enouhg many times they show up
long after the heat has cooled down. Most people involved are on the other side
of town.
No Body know what or who they are talking about. What Cat?
Me No See Your Cat. !
Do you get my drift now?

evidence to pursue a crime. the national clearance rate ( crimes that are
solved) Is less than 20%.

I personally know judges and one Judge is like a brother.
We have been friends for years. I have a key to his house in my pocket.
From a friend to a friend for a friend.
Steve Helmes is the man that sets up appointments for criminals or
accidents, stuff like that. The Docket. He plans today what Judge will hear
what case
and sets the time and the lawyers and clients and Judge to be on the bench at
the same time.
Well. Long to short because I don't have all day.
In the morning Steve will get 5. 6. 7. Phone calls. One lawyer has an ingrain
toe nail and can't show up. Another; the client got sick or Mom is not
felling good and can't make it. The people in jail can't even make it to stand
before the judge. Sometimes the Judge gets sick. Calls in at 8;30 Steve is
standing
in the halls with his teeth in his mouth. Some judges has gone in to work
only to find that every thing has canceled for the day. My Judge friend go'en
fishing just to kill some time until 3;30 case is to be heard only to be ca
nceled. Lets go eat. Cool.
Do you have the idea now.
Some lawyers play this game until they get the case dismissed just to get it
off the docket.
Steve has a big job.
Like if I set it up for everyone in this group to be on stage with song book
in hand at 1;00 tomorrow . How many do you think you could trust would show.
