I've extracted videos of up to 11 hours in length before from listen to youtube, so yes, that site works wonders! I just use my good old Total Recorder. I have never had trouble recording with it, and it cuts out just about all other audio from your computer when you are recording. Nope, no installation of software. You just plunk in your link, wait a minute or so while the video is converted, and then a download link comes up. That's it. It's great, as long as what you want to convert is under 20 minutes. Friends, I just tried to install Free youtube to mp3 converter...and, unless i'm doing something wrong jaws is reading things funny where i can't uncheck any of this extra electronic do-do, that I don't need like reg clean or whatever this junk is. any suggestions?

I couldn't figure that one out either. Get the Freemake Video Converter instead. You just copy the URL then go to the edit menu and enter on paste. then go to the convert menu and go to mp3 and hit enter. There you have a dialog to set up the quality of the file and where to save it. Once you install it, all one need do is have the free youtube converter opened, visit youtube and chose a song, then copy the url from the address bar to the clpboard. Free youtube converter automatically starts converting the file and puts it into my music. All this is below. some youtube videos not converting with youtube to mp3 converter
Is there a program that will download youtube videos that won't convert with youtube to mp3 converter? I can convert the files myself if I can somehow download them, but some of these videos show an error so maybe my settings are wrong? Hope someone can help. Hi, The basic problem is that the raw videos on Youtube are saved not only in mp4 which is quite standard format but also in WebM format which requires slightly more effort in order to find an app to convert this one. I myself use Youtube Downloader which is actually the different than the widely-known one since there're quite dozen of programs called the same so the direct link for the one I use and that reliably works 100% is http://www.pepak.net/files/youtube/ytd-1.18.exe and I firmly hope it's in English but deriving from the fact that documentation is in English as well I guess it has an English interface. I'm from the Czech republic by the way that's why I'm mentioning it as it's programmed in delphi by Czech developer. The program handles over 120 world-known servers to download from (I'll copy the websites below under the whole text). After the installation you simply copy the address line bar contents on the clipboard putting it to the main proggie window ctrl+v and you start downloading. I've also downloaded two hours long video so there are no limitations such as the web converters e.g. http://www.youtube-mp3.org/ as they convert only up to 20 minutes and so forth not talking about the fact they had to terminate their service for the risk of being sued by Google anyway. You can as well put the videos here to the queue and go get some coffee in the mean time or go catch some zees as it'll certainly be done by the morning:). The great intuitive and blind-friendly WebM to mp3 converter is for example Free WebM Video Converter as you can pick any format to convert to e.g. mp4, AVI container and also mp3 of course http://download.dvdvideosoft.com/FreeWebMVideoConverter.exe OK and here are the websites the program can download from and therefore I'd highly recommend this one unlike the others. Converting a File From Youtube: Once the program starts for the first time, you are taken to the internet. Just press alt plus f4 or close this window. You are put back into the program's window. Tab across and you will notice the following options: Auto: If this box is checked, Youtube to mp3 converter will automatically start converting a file when the link is copied into the clipboard. In Windows seven, the song is put in to the music folder and in Windows-xp it is placed into my documents in the my music folder. I placed my music folder on the desktop for ease of locating it. Formats: Here you have a list of formats a file can be converted. One can arrow down through these and leave the one highlighted to be used. The format of mp3 is the default. Quality: Here you can select a quality of the final product. I left this on the default. Edit: I don't use this one. I am not sure if you can type in a search hear or name the file you download. Question about freed youtube to mp3 converter, and play lists
Hi, I use this nice program for grabbing some stuff from Youtube, but I think they’ve dropped a nice feature, or at least I can’t find it anymore. I had a function where I ggot the dayly top 50 or something like that downloaded automatically. It was thrown in a folder under my normal downloads folder named after the playlist. I also saw that myself, and I think you can access that feature again by right clicking on some spot on that program, I tried it, but for some reason I get a download error, and I don't know why, he he. Free Youtube to MP3 Converter
I just installed version 3.1.5. I downloaded a video and it said it was converted, etc. but it is not on my PC. Isn't it as simple as pasting the URL then hitting the download button? I have checked the folder where the files are to go and even did a search on my windows 7 64 bit PC but can't find the file. Any help would be appreciated. I dono; I've tried some of these so-called You Tube converters..and while some of them do work, it is my finding that you only get the audio (not the video)..while this may not make any difference to a lot of folks, since I do have a little bit of vision, I want to be able to watch the video as well!
