It seems like development of Sedna (the software [1]) is as frozen as
Sedna (the minor planet [2]) as can be seen on the source code sites
[3], [4].  My latest attempts a few years ago, to compile the software
were not successful, but a little more effort on my side might have
done the trick.  Years of development on the components used by Sedna
need to be cought up, so this might turn into major work. As far as I
know, the company that created Sedna switched to eXist or something
similar.
