I have attached a short ( 2700 byte) Q-Basic program that 
calculates moon phases for Julian and Gregorian years.  By 
changing the last two PRINT commands to LPRINT, 
you can make a paper print for any year.  The program was 
originally published in SKY  TELESCOPE, March 1985.
