I confirm that my TB! is flapping under Win7! I can confirm icon batty flappy behavior for both of my Win 7 PC's, although I'm only using TB V.4.2, and it runs from a 32-bits thebat.exe. I have moved TB! from so many old machines to so many new machines over the last 16 years, never had a problem. ;-) The old TB wasn't even installed, only sitting in the downloads directory. Bringing over the Thunderbird mails from the Linux machine however was another story.
