Same problem, but only when using keyboard from Logitech Unifying USB Receiver, I have to type the password as if it was a qwerty layout, while it's actually French. No problem when using keyboards from other brands, the bug seems related only to the Logitech unifying USB. I have no cairo dock installed and Shutdown, Log Out and Restart fail to work in Unity for me, administrator. Other users and guest account can normally shut down. Same problem. I have installed so many games on Lucid and now it's impossible to start the ones at the bottom of the game menu list. This happens with Radiance, Ambiance, Dust, Dust Sand themes. I can get those bottom list items with Human, Clearlocks... This bug is really a disaster, I liked Evolution so much but I'm now considering switching to Thunderbird. Lightning for TB 3 is still beta but yet seems to work better than Evo, which is supposed to be stable. [Bug 512672] [NEW] Dealing with currencies transfers is tricky
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: grisbi With Grisbi 0.6.0rc1 and Ubuntu Karmic dealing with currencies transfers can be tricky. When I try to make a transfer from an account to another with a different currency, no box pops up to ask if the rate/amount are correct. To specify a new rate/amount, I have to: 1- Choose a different currency from the small drop down currency's menu in the transaction form which activates a new box (change) 2- Click again on the small box Change to let the Exchange rate box appear and be able to modify any amount. Moreover, to have the currency's menu appear on the transaction form, one has to activate it on the Edit/Preferences. Failing to do so, no Exchange rate box can be activated at all on the transaction form. This can be confusing, the Exchange rate box should automatically appear whenever a transfer between different currencies is requested.
