Re: [Unattended] Win XP Pro - automatically install terminal services?
Gerhard Hofmann [EMAIL PROTECTED] writes: Hi list, is is possible to automatically install and enable terminal services? Any ideas? In XP, Terminal Services is called Remote Desktop. You might be able to enable it with the [Components]/TSEnable key (http://support.microsoft.com/?id=230597). You can also enable or disable it with the rdconfig.pl script, which is part of the Unattended distribution in Z:\bin. Re: [Unattended] NTLDR not found after reboot
Uff ... now it worked, after I * deleted all disk related parameters from site/unattended.txt [_meta] section, * booted with a win95/2 boot disk, * ran fdisk to build a primary fat32 partition, * rebooted, * did the format c: /s by myself , and * answered continue/no to the partitioning/formatting questions in the startup dialog. - Jo --- This SF.Net email is sponsored by: YOU BE THE JUDGE. [Unattended] Linux boot disk, illegal instruction error
Hi list, on a quite old-fashioned PC (Pentium MMX 233 MHz) Linux boot disk crashes with these messages: WELCOME!!! Illegal instruction Illegal instruction Illegal instruction Illegal instruction Hm, maybe we are on a serial console... Illegal instruction Master script exited! DOS boot disk won't work because of missing NIC driver. Yes, I know this PC is much too slow to run Win 2000 or XP, but I'd just like to have a testing machine.
