Hi
I will try to capture the whole stack trace. Actually the Geronimo Server I
am running is the Intalio-packaged Geronimo Server with a whole lot of
components.

Can you capture the full stack trace? Also, have you made any changes

Re: shutting down Geronimo gracefully - won't happen

2008-01-29 Thread XGuy

When I use shutdown.bat I am asked for a username:
I type in admin and then I type in my password when prompted for it and
then the screen goes away in a flash. I do not know what those exceptions
are.
I take a look at the Geronimo startup screen and Geronimo is still running.

I look at geronimo.log and still find nothing that I can relate to this
problem.

I am new to Geronimo. Is there anything I don't know about starting and

That worked. But I get a long exception list, which is the same as what I get
when I do Ctrl-C.

Should I post the exception stacktrace?

This is looking for the geronimo admin id/pw. If you haven't updated
this yet then the default id is system and the default password is
 manager.

Hi,
What version of Geronimo? Can you post the exceptions from ctrl-c?
What happens when you use shutdown.bat?
