One comment about virus protection.
About a week ago I accidentally activated Norton Antivirus on my
computer. Too me a few days before I realised why my computer was
running so slow and deactivated it again.
During that period, Norton didn't catch a single one of the many viruses
I got. Now,
I too have had messages bounced back to me that I didn't send.
I am using Eudora - don't think it is susceptible.

We have a very early version of MusicTime that is getting quirkier and
quirkier as Windows mutates. It sort of works with Windows XP, but one

This can also write abc. (But is only available for Windows)

I will see about getting a few files from home to send you.
I have no idea how popular this thing was, but my wife has written (or
arranged) a bunch of

with it, but I was able to convert a couple of midi songs to scores.
I couldn't figure out how to edit or add notes in this brief session,
though. Do you have documentation that is downloadable when you register

You could download the current demo from
http://www.gvox.com/
(about 6Mb). I didn't look at thethe demo, but if it's fully
featured, you may be able to export your files to some stable format.

There is a manual included in the download, a little out of date on the
newer options but still valid for most.
There is also a comprehensive help file in the program - see the help menu
To edit notes, click on one with the RIGHT mouse button - you will get an

Oh yes, and if you find it useful, or are impressed by it's facilities,
PLEASE let us all know!
Thanks
