SpamCop introduced the Mailhost configuration somewhere around 2013.
Looks like nowadays every recipient has to add the forwarding servers manually.

Exim does; the default received_header_text contains

Try calling spamc with the -u username argument. If you have an own
.qmail for each user, you can set a specific name there; if you use
a global .qmail-default, you can try -u $RECIPIENT to get qmails
envelope recipient.

So this isn't really a bug (SA works exactly as documented), but I wonder
if this is the intended behaviour. IMHO a message marked as Spam should
never be autolearned as Ham.

check domain names (from 'From:' and/or 'Received:' headers) against
these lists. It seems that you have to write a new rule for EvalTests.pm
to accomplish this.
