The main difference is that the 0.9 series is an almost complete re write of the 0.5
series to change some basic design flaws that were discovered while designing 0.5
which make it a more professional oriented set of drivers.
It also has better midi support I think.

That new info from lsusb could be because I just upgraded my jernel from
2.4.16 to 2.4.19-pre9. Nodoubt there was a lot of additions to the usb

oops. I haven't had any problems with it yet. It just adds NULL to the
address of the sender which is the alsa server. It's no big deal.

? Are there outstanding
issues with regard to Hoontech-specific functions? I've just started
playing with the former card (a Mk I version), and in fact am yet to
obtain an external rack for it.
Let us know how you get on and we will change the matrix accordingly.
