do you see the same numbers? Did you re-run analog and Report Magic after

There is a tool called Analog Crawler available here, that will look at
the pages on your site and build these REQALIAS commands for you.

The best approach is to run analog once for each INCLUDE and look at the
daily report. If you want to post-process them you might try the
COMPUTER output format (which can be dropped into Excel as a CSV) or the
XML output format.

logs and making every 'file' unique? If you apply FILEALIAS to remove
these then it should help reduce memory usage.
