[android-developers] My Google Play Publisher account has been terminated and no one responds to my appeal

Hello,
My Google Play Publisher account has been terminated after my last app has 
been suspended and removed from Google Play as a policy strike.
That app didn't violate any of the Developer Program Policies and I 
explained that in appeal. It's been more than 7 days since I sent appeal 
and no one responded to my appeal.
What should I do? How can I contact someone from The Google Play Team to 
review my appeal and reinstate my account? I'm 100% sure that that app 
didn't violate any of the Developer Program Policies.

   - Android 6.0 Marshmallow broke all known commercial call recording 
   applications
   
   - We can understand why Google may not have it in the AOSP rom, but 
   there should be a sound software engineering principle providing it to us 
   for at least rooted phones.


What is that?

I am prepared to produce loopback alsa devices, use the ndk or 
the android.media.MediaRecorder api.

The target device would be the Nexus 5X with up-to-date Anroid 6 or 7+ and 
system-less root.

What approach should I embark upon, that will produce digital two-way 
recording from hereon forward?

[android-developers] Bluetooth headset management with VOIP App using OpenSL ES

I am working on a VOIP application that is doing audio Streaming using 
openSL. 

I cannot get any bluetooth Headset audio to work properly. 

AudioManager mode is set to MODE_IN_COMMUNICATION, I request audio focus 
with AudioManager.STREAM_VOICE_CALL, OpenSL playback configuration stream 
type is set to SL_ANDROID_STREAM_VOICE, and the recording preset is 
configured with SL_ANDROID_RECORDING_PRESET_VOICE_COMMUNICATION.

I also use device optimal samplingrate and buffersize. 

Everything works fine in speaker mode, with wired headset but when I 
connect a bluetooth headset I usually get audio playback for the microphone 
(input stream) is not working.  

For bluetooth, I call startBluetoothSco() when I detect a headset using 
BroadcastReceiver. (I also tried to use setBluetoothScoOn(true) but I am 
not sure I understand what it means. 

When I connect a Watch it is even worst because the Because I get Audio 
state to connect and immediatly after it disconnects and I get no audio 
even in playback. 

I am really out of ideas to fix that. 

Anyone has made a Voip App that is able to properly manage audio headsets 
dynamic changes.

[android-developers] SQLite in my application

Hi all,
I am new to the android development and having certain concerns below
(i)In my app i am using SQLite database in which user is able to only read 
the data (so i am running only reading the db query in app code)
db = openOrCreateDatabase("PersonDB", Context.MODE_PRIVATE, null);
db.execSQL(SELECT * FROM persons);

(ii)To display the data to users i need to update my tables every day but i 
am not sure how to do that because if i use public int update(long _id, 
String name, String desc) method then how to run this method?Do i need to 
run manually??
Can someone help me on this one?

[android-developers] Drag and Drop View

I have 2 dimensions list. The first is a category list and inside each 
category there is an item list.
I want to use drag and drop for moving an item up and down in the list.
The problem is that one object is textview and another is Expandable List 
view, so when I long press on the textview then it is moving on x-axis also 
instead only on y-axis as for up and down.
How can I disable the x-axis?
