Lee, Washington State University has a spin out company, Phytelligence
(www.phytelligence.com), that offers plant DNA testing services. They have a
database of DNA fingerprints of many of the common apple cultivars so testing
does not have to start from scratch.
Reach out to my former student, Tim O’Brien. He works at phytelligence and walk
you through their approach and budget. There are many different levels of DNA
profiling. Tim can be reached by Email at timobr...@phytelligence.com or
206-719-5317. He will be able to walk you through their approach and budget.
