This has happened to us (4.1) at times. We usually have to make a clear distinction with the last name field. If you have two or more of the same last name, the first name and email address can get confused when you go to send. The interesting thing is if you go to list thru Patron List not

David, I had to do the same thing as Virginia on an XP machine a couple months ago. I had both disks 3.1 and 4.0 and still had to contact ar...@infotrieve.com for the links to download the files that actually worked. Once we straightened out the static IP and email info everything has worked

Also if there has been an upgrade to your server that your email is on, the server IP address may have changed. Under 'Settings' then Preferences hit the tab titled 'Mail' and make sure all your information is correct. If the port, IP or email info has changed it will cause emails not to be sent.
