I have a working Asterisk 1.2 server on kernel 2.6.22
with the OSLEC echo canceller on a Digium PRI card.
I recently switched to kernel 2.6.23 with the MG2 echo
canceller (nothing else changed). Each time I try to
establish a call on the PRI line I get a congestion
signal.

I installed Asterisk 1.0 CVS on a Debian Sarge System. I am using two
ISDN-HFC-Cards and a point-to-point ISDN Connection.
Everything seemed to work pefectly. But today I realized that I cannot
use two lines at the same time. I get the error message:

i know that in * code it indicates an undefined cause but that's not enough.
i have many of this message in my logs.
what would be the posiible causes for this message?

Hmmm, when you plug the phone line into the x100p card slot (from
PSTN) then asterisk should say something like: alarm cleared blah blah
blah...
then try the call again. If your not getting that message try changing
the signalling in zaptel zapata.conf to fxsks=1, signalling=fxs_ks

I have a fxo channel alarmed, and even I unplugged and re-plugged my
phone cord, and stoped and restarted my * box, I needed to unload the
wcfxs and zaptel modules and load them again to get the alarm cleaned...
Remember to replace N for your channel
I had this after my last CVS update.
A line in Zaptel.conf was set to fxsls=1 instaead of fxsks=1
