Just a note on a vacuum to avoid...the new Hoover Windtunnel V2 bagless, beltless model ($250 + pricetag) I thought this was a great vacuum when I first got it, but soon I started to smell burning hair/rubber. I cleaned Berner hair out of the bristles frequently, but still the smell persisted
