This was my question :). The only way so far, which I hope there is another
we're not aware of, is to view the message in a browser by going to the
Messsage tab, to move to Actions to View in browser. Another way is to
copy the body and paste to notepad. Both are not time efficient.

It isn't perfect but you may get some help by doing a JAWS key plus v.
Arrowing down to tables and adjusting the options to your liking there. Then
if you do a JAWS key plus F2 and go to settings center. There is a section
called web pages I believe. Under this there is a setting to adjust

T=options,
T=trust center.
Now tab,
Enter on trust center settings,
Up arrow until you hear;
Email security.
Now tab and check the box which reads,
Read all standard mail
