[Blind-Computing] Clipboard and computer delay

I wonder if anyone else has this issue. I can't say when this started or if it was even always there on this newer machine. I'm using Wind 7, 64 bit and Office 2010. The issue is often, but not always, when I copy something to the clipboard while in Word, the computer just hangs for about ten
