it's not listed as IE10, just internet explorer or internet explorer 64 bit essentially it is the replacement for the original internet explorer so it uses links with the same name as 9 did, or at least that is the way it worked on my win 7 home premium machine unaltered location in the start menu(I made a pin to start menu on the original link, so its in the menu directly under the search box, but the original link is at): hit the windows key to get to the start menu, up arrow once to the all programs sub menu, then right arrow(here is a strange to most thing here, I right arrow until I hear the name of a actual program, sometimes its once, sometimes its three times and sometimes I must right arrow a couple times, then left arrow) until you hear the name of an application, then hit the letter I until you land on one of your internet explorer icons. there are at least two, usually 3, Internet Explorer 64 bit, Internet Explorer and one sometimes showing up that says something about without add ons (an emergency version in case you get a virus that blocks you from getting to assistance websites; like Microsoft security search and/or MacAfee stinger or Norton's web powered scan site!, this one will still go to these locations for you to get assistance with the little bugger) the differences seems to be how many programs that you have installed, I have a lot of stuff on my home monster machine, that's why I bought a monster machine, so its a small amount of work extra to get to things without using the simple search box (which is why they put that search box first in things!)
