Hello all:
I needed to purchase a heater for my shop. I was looking at a couple of

The list was $178.00. However, my employer has an account with grainger and do
a lot of business with them evidently. My cost was
significently less than that.

more than about 5,000 BTUs out of it on a 110 volt circuit.

Does anyone know if there is a store where I can walk in and check out these
infrared heaters? I hate to purchase something on line this expensive
without first physically running my hands all over it. I've did a search
on both home depot, and lows without any success.
Brice, most chain stores and hardware stores should stock them and have a
display. Just call any local store and ask if they have one on display.
They do come in many sizes and capacities.

RJ, I believe the brand you speak of is the leader in this quartz infrared
