Vertical spacing titles and highest staff in LilyPond version 2.18.2.
1. When some files are included to main file, not within \book block
but just added with \include command outside any block, there is put
too much vertical space between titles and "piece" title.

1. I have put solution to template which has been not in the same
directory, according to manuals:

1. When staff size and lyrics size are set independently, happens that
size of titles is too small.

syllables inside words are calculated to be print without hyphens,
there is too much space created between them. Confer correct
"calculation" of text editors which place not any space

Correct is: first neume of group (or single) must be exact above vowel of
syllable. Solution might be with extra-offset property, but too much work
is required.
