Hi, I want to change the sampling rate of the ADCs programing the LMX and
LMK but I have some doubts about how the clocking scheme is done.
The clocking diagram in the RFSoC4x2 reference manual shows that the LMK
has one output of 122.88MHz that goes to the pin AN11, another clock of

I had the same issue and found that when copying the block or changing
the name of the slx doesnt update the internal names (I faced the same
problem in some old ROACH models).
What I found to work is to open the dialog of the block, modify a
parameter and apply the changes, then return the

Hi, I am trying to simulate a model with a correlator using two
pfbs+widebands ffts, and currently my biggest problem is the simulation
time. For example for ~6000 cycles, the simulation takes up to 15 minutes
and I would like to repeat it for like 4000 cases.
I am using enabled subsystem with
The old 7010 redpitaya also has sata ports, you could sync several of them
using that port https://www.koheron.com/blog/2016/11/29/red-pitaya-cluster
But the 7010 redpitaya ADCs uses a crystal as its main clock, so you have
to move some resistances to feed another clock to the ADCs

Hi, for what I remember this should work

Also, here is a model with the transpose qdr if you are looking for it too.

Hi Sean, just in case you are in a rush to use this platform.. You could
use the Pavel Denim IP-cores
(https://github.com/pavel-demin/red-pitaya-notes) which gives you the
ADC-DAC interface plus some other blocks, and you always could import a
simulink design into vivado following the

Hi Casperiters,
When I was playing trying to make a netbooting with the ROACH2 and I issue
the command: "run tftpuboot" and making the story short I ended up with no
uboot :(
Luckily I have access to one xilinx jtag so I was thinking in connecting
via xmd to the ppc and send the uboot with

After writing this I think I found it, it was the ddr3_controller.mpd file
which overwrites the parameters. I am going to check if now I have more
allowable addresses.

Hello Casperites,
I know that the DRAM block in the ROACH2 is itself a trouble. I have tried
to make a model using the blocks in the casper-astro github but I couldn't
get any response of the block.
In some thread of the mailing list I found the repo of the SMA where I
could use the DRAM

Hello Casperites,
Just a little question regarding the order of compilation.. I just compile
a red pitaya design using the casper tool chain who generates the bitstream
and says that the backend is completed! But when I open the project with
vivado I could see that the implementation had a
terface that talks to the kernel driver. So there

Hello casperites,
I am thinking to use the pl-ps interruption in order to tell to the ps that
some data is available, but I have no idea how to handle the interruption
in the linux enviroment of the red pitaya.. Should I make a kernel module
to look at the interruption? And if thats true, the

Hello Casperites,
Does any one had try to use the Vivado HLS inside the Simulink?
I build a simple test that pass the RTL synthesis and gives the same
results in the co-simulation with the C testbench code. Then I export the
RTL to the system generator and import the project using the vivado

Hello,
In the last days I start to thinking in reading the BRAMs on the fpga via
the PPC directly and not give the request via LAN reducing the reading
latency (I suppose)
Messing around inside the ppc, I found the command kcpcmd which enables me
to send katcp requests so thats nice. I made a

Hi casperites,
I have been working in project that needs a high SNR In order to achieve
that I made a model with 3 decimation steps with factors 16, 8 and 4, to
zooming the frequency range [50.625, 52.730]MHz and then put the PFB-FFT
combo.
The system achieve 100dB of SNR for inputs with the
