Dear Chandramohan, We use Malvern particle size analyzer (ZEN 3690 ZETASIZER NANOZS 90, version 7.03) fitted with 21CFR part 11 software. It works fine for us in terms of measuring soluble proteins particles in size range from nanometre to micrometre. Hope this helps. Cheers!! Debasish
