This might be browser related. What browser are you using? Trying switching
between Internet Explorer and Firefox or Chrome, it will probably work.

I've not had any problems printing before - how are you printing, is it via
a browser? Have you tried copy and pasting into Microsoft Word and then
printing? That might improve things.
