Don't you have to option click on the system or the finder, or some such? I seem to remember that this is the blessing procedure. If anyone has the Macntosh Bible, i know the procedure is in there. You have to bless the system folder first before attempting to start off of it. To bless it,

How about the easiest solution? Plug the printer in to an electrical outlet and press the power button and hold it for up to a minute. The Printer should spit out a test page for you from the ROM built into it, without the need of being connected to a computer. Good idea, but the part of the
