The Christians would have a very good case, reinforced by the U.S. Census, which wrote definitively in 2000 that; "No scientific national survey has found the non-Christian religious groups to account for more than 4 percent of the American population. That means that groups such as Buddhists, Hindus, Bahai's, Jews, Muslims, Sikhs, Rastafarians, Scientologists and Druids, etc. altogether number less than 12 million persons out of a national population of 270 million." But what if Bin Laden used covert methods to lull the majority American Christians into a false sense of security? What if Mohammed Bin Laden first shaved off his beard, discreetly renamed himself Michael Bart Lucas, and then swore blind he had been a faithful Christian all of his life? Alas, because of interlinked FBI and ADL computers, Mohammed or Michael would fail almost instantly. Within hours of Michael's Democrat nomination, Tom Ridge and other officials of the U.S. Department of Zionland Security would sniff out his 'dangerous' Muslim heritage, have Michael arrested and charged with some fictional terrorist offense, then cheerfully ship him off for a lifelong holiday behind the jagged razor wire at Camp Delta, Guantanamo Bay. It is easy to call such behavior bigoted, until you remember that America was first settled by groups of desperate Christian refugees, who risked death crossing the Atlantic Ocean in order to escape religious persecution in Britain and Europe. However, it should be noted that these desperate Christians were not being persecuted or pursued by Muslims, because Islam has always recognised Jesus Christ as a genuine and respected prophet. Any reader with a passion to find out exactly which moneylenders forced the Christians to flee westward to America, is encouraged to ask actor Mel Gibson for the answer. Though America does not claim to be "The Christian State", it is clearly a nation populated primarily by Christians, whose religious beliefs play a large part in day-to-day activities across the country. No matter whether Anglican, Lutheran, Roman Catholic or other, most share the general view that Jesus Christ died in terrible agony to save them all, and most American Christians harbor a significant grudge against the Jewish priests who frantically urged the Roman soldiers to nail their Savior to the cross. This is simply the way America is, and woe betide any Jew unwise enough to suggest that the young Jesus Christ "had it coming to him". Since America was first founded, the undercurrent of distrust and even hatred has been so strong that many Jews have gone underground. The pick-up was parked on the side of Grass Valley Road, a rural stretch of asphalt that leads out of the mining town of Winnemucca into the rural cattle ranching area where Dudley lives and farms. Grass Valley Road, where the incident occurred. The pick-up had been driven by Dudley's 17 year-old daughter Mimi, with whom Dudley had been having an argument over a boy Dudley didn't approve of that she'd been seeing in town. Mimi got mad at her dad and punched him in the shoulder. They continued shouting at one another as they drove back to to the ranch, and Mimi eventually pulled over the truck after her dad said he wanted out. That's what Dudley Hiibel was doing that May evening in 2000: standing on the side of Grass Valley Road smoking a cigarette, his elbow resting on the rolled-down passenger window, talking with his daughter. Then the police arrived. Deputy Lee Dove of the Humboldt County Sheriff's Department came on the scene - siren a-wailing - in response to a domestic violence report. Someone saw Mimi arguing with her dad and thought it had come to blows. The witness said that he saw "a man with a black cowboy hat" who "slugged the female". Dove was there to investigate the report. Everything that happened next is all on videotape... you be the judge. If you think that the first thing Deputy Dove would do on the scene would be to make sure the 'slugged female' was all right, you would be wrong. Deputy Dove never asked or even looked at Mimi until she had been thrown to the ground face-first and handcuffed. Deputy Lee Dove's ideas on law enforcement are not those of the average American. But that comes later in the story. Rather than investigate the complaint, Deputy Dove (who has twice had evidence he collected suppressed by the court) instead began to demand Dudley Hiibel show his ID. Eleven times Dove demanded Dudley show 'his papers'. Dudley asked a simple question: why? "Because I'm investigating", said Dove. "Investigating what?" Dudley asked. "I'm investigating an investigation" was Dove's non-reply. Eleven times Dove demanded Dudley's ID. And when the Deputy decided Dudley wasn't "going to cooperate", he cuffed, then tossed him in the back of his patrol car. And It Didn't Stop There Meanwhile, Dudley's daughter was watching the encounter between her dad and the Law from the cab of the pick-up truck. You can hear her screaming "Nooo" as her father is being handcuffed. Another policeman, a Nevada state trooper by the name of Merschel, was on the scene and was holding the door of the pick-up truck shut so that Mimi couldn't get out. Screaming, she finally forced the door open only to be thrown face down into the hard dirt by the side of the road by Trooper Merschel. The video is almost too painful to watch at this point. A detailed examination of its business practices shows that the firm's work for its base of 20 or so clients - with at least two on different sides of the same issue - stretches well beyond providing advice on policing and domestic security, the type of job that has produced the most publicity for Giuliani Partners. The firm has been hired to improve public confidence in a horse-racing gambling operation. It has advised New York hospitals on buying bulk supplies, helped expand a California-based business that sells inexpensive wills, and set up an alliance with a large accounting firm to fight computer hackers. The Sunday Express, known for its sometimes colourful scoops, claims the al-Qaeda leader has been sighted for the first time since 2001 and is being monitored by satellite. The paper claims he is in a mountainous area to the north of the Pakistani city of Quetta. The region is said to be peopled with bin Laden supporters and the terrorist leader is estimated to also have 50 of his fanatical bodyguards with him. The claim is attributed to a well-placed intelligence source in Washington, who is quoted as saying: He (bin Laden) is boxed in. The paper says the hostile terrain makes an all-out conventional military assault impossible. The plan to capture him would depend on a grab-him-and-go style operation. US helicopters already sited on the Afghanistan border will swoop in to extricate him, the newspaper says. It claims bin Laden and his men sleep in caves or out in the open. The area is swept by fierce snow storms howling down from the 10,000ft-high mountain peaks. Donkeys are the only transport. The special forces are absolutely confident there is no escape for bin Laden, and are awaiting the order to go in and get him. The timing of that order will ultimately depend on President Bush, the paper says. Capturing bin Laden will certainly be a huge help for him as he gets ready for the election. The article says bin Laden's movements are monitored by a National Security Agency satellite. On Thursday last week, General Richard Myers, chairman of the US joint chiefs of staff, said America had been engaged in intense efforts to capture bin Laden, who was believed to be hiding in the border area between Pakistan and Afghanistan. The seeds of the CIA's first formal plan to capture or kill Osama bin Laden were contained in another urgent manhunt -- for Mir Aimal Kasi, the Pakistani migrant who murdered two CIA employees while spraying rounds from an assault rifle at cars idling before the entrance to the CIA's Langley headquarters in 1993. For several years after the shooting, Kasi remained a fugitive in the border areas straddling Afghanistan, Pakistan and Iran. From its Langley offices, the CIA's Counterterrorist Center asked the Islamabad station for help recruiting agents who might be able to track Kasi down. Case officers signed up a group of Afghan tribal fighters who had worked for the CIA during the 1980s guerrilla war against Soviet occupying forces in Afghanistan. The family-based team of paid agents, given the cryptonym FD/TRODPINT, set up residences around the city of Kandahar. They were rugged, bearded fighters -- often in teams of a dozen or so -- who rolled around southern Afghanistan in four-wheel-drive vehicles, blending comfortably into the region's militarized tribal society. In the years before the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks, the CIA carried out a secret but ultimately unsuccessful manhunt for bin Laden. It was based at first on the band of Afghan tribal agents, and later expanded to include other agents and allies, especially the legendary guerrilla leader Ahmed Shah Massoud. But the search became mired in mutual frustrations, near misses and increasingly bitter policy disputes in Washington between the Clinton White House and the CIA. An ambitious plan for the TRODPINT team to kidnap bin Laden from his bed and hold him in an Afghan cave telegraphed the CIA's audacity, despite what operatives saw as a restrictive mandate from the president. At the same time, the CIA's inability to pinpoint bin Laden's location or capture him drew pointed questions from the White House about the agency's effectiveness. This account, a detailed history of the pursuit of bin Laden before the terrorist attacks of 2001, describes for the first time aborted CIA plans to seize bin Laden at his Kandahar farm, another attempt to rain Katyusha rockets on him, and the final struggle to work with Massoud, all in vain. It is based on several dozen interviews with participants and officials in the United States, Afghanistan, Pakistan and Saudi Arabia, as well as documents, private records and memoirs about the CIA covert action program in Afghanistan, which was designed in the 1980s to expel occupying Soviet forces and later to capture bin Laden or disrupt his activities. Other groups listed in the declassified documents have links to the political opposition to Chavez. The President said that the U.S. National Endowment for Democracy has provided funds to the Confederation of Venezuelan Workers union, and other groups that participated in the 2002 coup d'etat against him. U.S. government finances conspiracy The Venezuelan government and the organizations that support it don't need any money from the United States because we have dignity and sovereignty, said Chavez, adding that the U.S. government is using the American people's money to finance political opposition and conspiratorial activities to overthrow the Venezuelan government. Chavez demanded respect for Venezuela. Apart from having lots of oil, Venezuela has abundant dignity, he said, adding that the people of Venezuela is willing to defend the country's independence, its land, skies and sea at any cost, even if it cost U.S. our lives, because this is a free and independent country Bush administration behind 2002 coup Chavez accused the U.S. government of being involved in the April 2002 coup d'etat against his government. They met with rebel military officers, U.S. military officers acted in the coup, we have photos and evidence, said Chavez. Pavel Sudoplatov, Stalin's spymaster, says in his memoirs Special Tasks, that Niels Bohr Robert Oppenheimer helped the Soviet Union get the atomic bomb.
It's not that they were "spies" as such; rather, they believed they were supporting a good cause. No doubt they were motivated by the "antiFascist" alliance of the time.
In 1946, the US government put to Stalin a plan for World Government, created by Bernard Baruch David Lilienthal, both Jews. This plan was put in the pages of The Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists Bertrand Russell described its development in his book Has Man a Future?. Baruch had earlier been associated with Wilson's attempt to have the League of Nations created as a World Government, with a World Army and a World Court. The Encyclopaedia Judaica (Jerusalem, 1971) says that Baruch "served on the Supreme Economic Council at the Conference of Versailles, where he was President Wilson's personal economic adviser".
Stalin got cold feet - he'd noticed the Jewish campaign to have a Jewish republic within the USSR, created in the Crimea. What unnerved him especially was that AMERICAN Jews, with their huge financial power, would be involved, and he felt that the USSR would lose control.
As a result, some leaders of the Jewish Antifascist Committee (American at that) had their lives shortened.
Arnold J. Toynbee, of the Royal Institute of Intetnational Affairs, argues the case for World Government: "Abolishing war would involve setting up at least a rudimentary world-government. The first world-authority that it would be necessary for us to establish - and, of course, also to endow with effective power - would be a central agency for controlling the production and the use of atomic energy. ... A proposal for World Government is a serious matter, affecting everyone. World Government will be final: there will be no "trial run", and nowhere to escape should it turn bad. The Constitution Restoration Act Of 2004: The Most Important
Legislation In The Last Fifty Years

Last week, a bill was introduced in both chambers of Congress to
limit the jurisdiction of Federal courts in certain cases and
promote federalism. The House version is H.R. 3799, and the
Senate version is S. 2082. The bill is titled, The Constitution
Restoration Act of 2004. Initial sponsors of the bill include Rep.
Robert Aderholt (AL), Rep. Michael Pence (IN), Sen. Richard
Shelby (AL), Sen. Zell Miller (GA), Sen. Sam Brownback (KS),
and Sen. Lindsey Graham (SC). Even though the introduction of
this bill received little national media attention, it is the most
important legislation in the last fifty years.
I was privileged to be in attendance at the press conference in
Prattville, Alabama when former Alabama Supreme Court Chief
Justice Roy Moore, Rep. Aderholt, Sen. Shelby, Sen. Brownback,
and Ambassador Alan Keyes formally announced the introduction
of this bill to the media. Also in attendance were conservative
luminaries such as Phyllis Schlafly and Howard Phillips. The bill
was drafted by a star-studded legal team including Chief Justice
Moore's lead counsel, Herb Titus.
The passage of H.R. 3799 and S. 2082 should be regarded as the
most important item on the conservative agenda this year! It is no
hyperbole to say that the passage of this bill is significantly more
important than who wins the White House this November. Yes, I
really mean that.
You see, what difference does it make who wins a presidential or
congressional election if neither party will faithfully discharge
their duty to the U.S. Constitution? We have seen Republican and
Democratic presidents come and go. The same goes for
congressmen and senators. Yet, government continues to get
bigger and bigger, while freedom gets smaller and smaller. Neither
has either major party done anything to reverse the trend toward
socialism and globalism.
One of the major reasons for this unfortunate set of circumstances
is an out-of-control federal judiciary. For the last fifty years,
federal courts have run roughshod over the Constitution. For all
practical purposes, America is now controlled by a tyrannical
oligarchy of federal judges.
Thankfully, our Founding Fathers understood this potentiality and
prescribed a way for Congress to deal with the matter. Under
Article III, Section 2, of the U.S. Constitution, Congress has the
power and authority to regulate and except appellate jurisdiction of
the federal judiciary, including the U.S. Supreme Court. That is
exactly what H.R. 3799 and S. 2082 do.
Accordingly, under Sec. 102 of this bill, Notwithstanding any
other provision of this chapter, the Supreme Court shall not have
jurisdiction to review, by appeal, writ of certiorari, or otherwise,
any matter to the extent that relief is sought against an element of
Federal, State, or local government, or against an officer of
Federal, State, or local government (whether or not acting in
official personal capacity), by reason of that element's or officer's
acknowledgment of God as the sovereign source of law, liberty, or
government.
This means, that the federal judiciary would be prohibited from
interfering with any expression of religious faith by any elected
local, state, or federal official. In other words, federal judges could
not prevent the Ten Commandments from being displayed in
public buildings or Nativity Scenes from appearing on court house
lawns or under God from being recited in the Pledge of
Allegiance or prayers being spoken in public schools, etc. This bill
would limit the jurisdiction of the federal courts in these matters.
Furthermore, Sec. 201 of this bill states, In interpreting and

George HW Bush is a long-time CIA agent, is a former CIA director, and in 1999 seized control over the intelligence agency. This was hardly an obscured coup: the headquarters of the CIA are now officially designated as the "George Bush Center for Intelligence", not to honor Bush' long CIA career; but as a purely practical apprehension over the global intelligence power that the agency provides. The CIA is now the White House's private propaganda and black operations army. George Herbert Walker Bush now commands both. What is the real function of the CIA? On the one hand: to topple foreign governments, through the use of mercenary, guerilla, and terrorist groups, without exposing its own ties, for the purpose of economic domination. This can be done through very violent actions, or by falsifying the election process. On the other hand: to take control of foreign leaders, secondly blame them for certain injustices, and thirdly invade the country with military troops. This was done in Panama, Iraq and Afghanistan - all three invasions were done during Bush administrations. Each time, the CIA provided the world with phony legitimate reasons to attack these countries, whose leaders, however, were put in place or subsidized by the CIA in the first place. By manipulating the mainstream media, the CIA then orchestrates a legitimate political pretext to invade or overthrow foreign states. In both cases, the function of the agency is characterised by pure imperialism. It is also a myth that the CIA is all-American; it has thousands of foreign contract agents, scattered over all countries. The CIA cheats, lies, and manipulates, on a scale larger than we dare to imagine. The goal of all this, is to bring the world under totalitarian control - in other words: to end the freedom and peace we all aspire in our daily lives. Make no mistake about it: in the eyes of the CIA, the Cold War has not ended. It has just started. Clearly responsible for the technical planning and execution of the JFK assassination - at a time when Kennedy envisaged the decentralization of the CIA - and fulfilling the wishes of the oil and military industry since the fraudulous elections of 2000, the CIA has been at the center of all American political wrongdoings during the past fifty years, has hundreds of thousands of innocent lives on its conscience, and is now more than ever in effect, wherever you may live. The recruitment of nazi intelligence officers in 1945, the gruesome wars in South-Asia, the Iran-Contra scandal, the limitless financing of guerilla's in Latin-America, the enormous drug smugglers auto-financing system, the murdering of JFK, RFK, Malcolm X, Che Guevara, the triggering of Islamic terrorism, the events of 9/11, the anthrax attacks, the sabotage of European countries, are only those crimes that this covert organization is suspected or is known to be involved in. By late Friday afternoon, some locksmiths, car dealerships and towing companies had been flooded with calls about mysteriously malfunctioning keyless vehicle entry devices. There were nearly as many theories as there were lockouts. But there were no firm answers as to why the remote devices stopped working. Maybe it's those little green men up north, said Nellis Air Force Base spokesman Mike Estrada, whose own keyless entry system failed. Are there sun spots? I've been trying to figure it out. It happened to me right after lunch. Estrada resorted to using his key to unlock his car door, but that set off his alarm. ABC Locksmiths received 30 calls from drivers stumped by the failure of the key systems. Quality Towing received about 25 calls, and two Ford dealerships reported receiving scores of calls about the problem. But ABC dispatcher Milo Ferguson didn't need to field any calls to know something was amiss. My car is one of them, Ferguson said. It's some kind of electrical disturbance. Either that or a nuclear bomb went off a few miles from here. Jerry Bussell, Gov. Kenny Guinn's adviser on homeland security, ruled out terrorism and described the phenomenon as a frequency problem. This is an anomaly that we're going to check out, Bussell said. The Country Ford dealership in Henderson, which had handled more than 100 calls by late Friday afternoon, contacted the national Ford headquarters for an explanation. Katie Baumann, service operator for the dealership, said the Ford company headquarters informed her that a lot of static electricity in the air could be messing up the radio waves the devices use. Local forecasters said they doubted the widespread failures could be attributed to any strange weather patterns. We've heard about it, and we don't think so, said Steve Johnson of the National Weather Service in Las Vegas. Friday's cloudy weather made Bill O'Donnell doubt the theory of static interference. O'Donnell, a research associate at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas Physics Department and an electrical engineer, said that in damp weather like we're having today, there won't be much of a static charge in the air. The charge just won't build up in these conditions. Another possible source of the problem: the sun. Solar flares can produce and eject large numbers of charge particles, and usually the Earth's magnetic field deflects them before they enter the atmosphere, said chemistry and physics Professor Malcolm Nicol, the director of the High Pressure Science and Engineering Center at UNLV. But if they are very large, they have been known to destroy the electronics systems in satellites and cause other problems down here. However, the Big Bear Solar Observatory in Big Bear, Calif., reported low solar activity Friday. According to the Federal Communications Commission, the low-power radio frequency transmitters inside keyless entry devices are similar to those found in other everyday items such as garage door openers, remote- controlled toys, cordless telephones, building alarm systems and the rapidly spreading wireless fidelity computer networks, which are commonly referred to as wi-fi. Paul Oei, an electronics engineer with the Los Angeles office of the FCC, said keyless entry systems operate on unlicensed frequencies. The devices can fail when they are near an antenna emitting high radio frequency energy. But that scenario would affect only vehicles in a limited area, he said. February 22, 2004 BOSTON - If you scrutinize the U.S. labor market numbers from the last two years of economic recovery, you're left with what seems to be a paradox. Since the recession's low point, in November 2001, the number of employed people 16 and older has risen, but the number of jobs on the formal payrolls of employers remains below recessionary levels. The different numbers have conveniently provided politicians with a choice, depending on which points they wanted to make, but they've perplexed economists. Some analysts have concluded that this gap must represent the different ways in which statistics are kept by the two main sources of national data on employment developments. But here's a more likely explanation. The number of people on formal payrolls remains low because new jobs tend to be ones that don't show up on payrolls. Employment gains are among the self-employed and contract workers, or in the informal gray and black labor markets. People are doing temporary day work or contracting that's kept off the books. These don't tend to be highly paid jobs or jobs with benefits like health insurance, and they are often performed by immigrants, especially undocumented immigrants. Each month the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics releases two sets of employment data. One set of estimates is based on a survey of households across the nation and reflects what people say about their employment status; the other is based on a survey of employers, public and private, who report how many people are on their payrolls. If you listen to what the employees say, civilian employment in the nation has increased by about 2.3 million workers in the last couple of years. But if you look at what the employers report, the U.S. lost nearly 800,000 jobs between November 2001 and November 2003. It's no surprise that the two estimates don't match perfectly. When we looked at employment data from the first two years of recovery in the previous five recessions, we found that gaps were normal. But not on the scale we are now seeing. In those earlier recessions, the difference in the two sets of numbers averaged just 292,000. This time the difference is nearly 3.1 million, or more than 10 times the size of the gap between the two sets of numbers in other recessions we examined. The tendency among those who use these statistics is to pick one survey over the other depending on methodological - or political - preferences and simply dismiss the findings of the other survey. But it's important to try to understand the gap, because what it really tells us is that the nature of work is changing. Consider self-employment. Between the fall of 2001 and the fall of 2003, an additional 500,000 people reported they were self-employed. Less easily measured, but still a significant factor, is an increase in employment of independent contractors not carried on the formal payrolls of firms. Another trend reflected in the employment numbers - one that may explain in part the increase in off-the-books jobs - is this: There has been substantial displacement of native-born workers by new immigrants, especially in entry-level jobs. Between 2000 and mid-2003, the nation's labor force - people who want to work, whether or not they're employed, increased by about 3.8 million. Between 1.9 million and 2.1 million of this increase was attributable to recent immigrants joining the workforce. During the same period, the nation's employment level - the number of people actually working - increased by only 900,000 among people 16 and older. Yet, by 2003, the number of immigrants who had entered the U.S. since 2000 and gotten a job was between 1.8 million and 1.9 million. This means that employment among the native born and established immigrants fell by at least 900,000, while new immigrants substantially increased their access to jobs in the U.S. President Bush recently proposed the creation of a guest-worker program that would match foreign workers with available jobs from U.S. employers when no Americans can be found to fill the jobs. Although the goal of linking immigration policy with prevailing labor demand is an important and positive shift in what has been a chaotic national policy on immigration in recent decades, the employment numbers demonstrate that the president's proposal cannot be defended on economic grounds. The numbers suggest that native-born workers - particularly teenagers and young adults without college degrees - are being displaced by new immigrants.
