I believe that cell phones program drivers to be in a big hurry, to act
like nothing should be on the road except them, and that anything or
anybody which happens to be in their way is fair game for crashing into
or running off the road.

I believe crashes are caused more by the negligence of dividing attention,
which should be paid to driving safely, into a portion for talking on the
phone.
I believe crashes are caused more by the pride of feeling you own the road
and can drive any way you want.
