What halt my DSP?Help

Dear all I am porting XVID's mpeg4 codec to my DAVINCI platform(dm6446,with 64M DDR2).First,I build the xvid_core src to xvid_core.lib in CCS with no optimized, then copy it to ./servers/all_codecs/ and add a line -l xvid_core.lib to link.cmd. Build my project and run the app everything is OK!

Thanks! We're currently creating a patch release (CE 2.00.01) to address a few other minor issues reported, and will integrate this feedback as we put that together. There will be some updates to the example build structure, mainly to support building for a limited set of devices/platforms

Hi everybody, I would like ot know if any of you knows of an MPEG2 ENCODER (possibily open source) on the dm6437/647. High definition (1280x1024) would be nice to have Also, if somebody is interested in porting such a codec on ti paltform, I shall be glad to cooperate Thanks -- Albert Burbea

BJ, I think you're on the right track, but I still don't have it working. I'll keep working on this issue and I'm checking with some others in TI to see if they can shed any light on this. I'll let you know if I make any progress. Dave From: BJ Opp
