I was in Muff Malal's Penninsula, part of Heir to the Throne. Haldiel,
my loyal, level 2 lancer, defeated Muff Malal. He flashed, like they do
when they go up a level. I clicked through the "We freed the people.
Good for us. Now on to what we were doing before" text. Besides the
flash, I wasn't given any information on a level increase. At the
beginning of the next scenario, he was only level 2, and had exactly 0
out of 125 XP. He lost an entire level.
