I tried to change the mixer from PCM to Headphone in the
lxmusic-File-Preferences-Audio dialogue.
Pressing the Ok button to quit the dialogue had no effect on the mixer,
closing the main window didn't help

This is probably my final contribution to the icon/desktop issue.
The patch contains a changeset for Makefile.in, this chunk might go to
the debian/patches directory.
The other parts add files to the debian directory and modify
hdfview.install. So they will end up in the diff.gz
