no idea how to go about this; and neither, most likely, will most users
of this package.

Well, neither do I, the way I look for key-grabbing applications is
`ps auxf | less`, Are you asking me to add enlightenment, xbindkeys,
and all other applications using X_GrabKey to Conflicts: ?

No, adding to conflicts wouldn't be right --- just because they are
installed on the system does not mean they are in use (nor does them
not being installed mean they aren't, with X being a network protocol
and all). Adding the ones that grab F12
