Bug#902763: clojure: Include new CLI tools and runner scripts

Hi Daniel, Thanks for the report! My apologies for not getting back to you sooner; the maintainer email for Clojure was incorrect so I didn't receive a copy of this bug. I just uploaded a fix for that today. I would like to package the new Clojure CLI scripts, and have an ITP open here:
