This happens sporadically during computer startup and during sound codec
initialization. There is always the same "alsa-sink-ALC88: Corrupted page table
at address" message in syslog and kernel BUG and OOPS

I'm still experiencing the same issue after system update.

I've also found out that system freezes

Dear Maintainer.
When Synaptic lists packages coming from "non-free-firmware" section, it
displays garbled symbols inside "Component" column.
Symbols are changing on their own when I scroll main window or move mouse
cursor over package names
