On an iBook under MacOS X, I've noticed that MacOS X reduces backlight
when the user is inactive and restores backlight as soon as a user press
a key. Is it possible to have similar behavior under Debian 3.0 ?

I find the trackpad on my tibook to be more difficult to control
than it was under macos. Is there a way to emulate the macos trackpad
behaviour more closely? I'm using windowmaker. I've tried changing the
mouse settings, but it always seems a bit hard to control.
