the main distribution. Can they be found anywhere? How can I go about
compiling them in a way to make sure they're compatible with my currently
compiled PHP engine from the debian dist?

Hi,
I recently purchased a second monitor and videocard in hopes of running
Xinerama.
Does anyone know where I could find debs of the latest xfree versions which
support xinerama? It would be alot cleaner to install now and uninstall
when xfree 4.0 comes out than compiling from source.
I was trying to find out where to report this, but I couldn't..
Xshipwars reports that it cannot be installed because of dependancy
problems.

PS - Where is the appropriate place to report this, so I know next time?
I've been getting the same problem and have been pulling
my hair out trying to fix it for the last day!
Anyone have a fix?

to slow down the curser in Q3, you gotta use the console command
in_dgamouse 1
if you cat the quake3 file, you'll see that it sets this to 0 on startup in
that file

Hello.
Quake1 was recently GPLed.
Does that make it a candidate to become a debian package
for the games section? It would be a great addition to the
games section.

There have been several quake packages on there. xquake, squake,
quake2. xquake works very well for me.
they dont include the maps do they? I was under the
impression that the maps were GPLed as well.

Hello:
Sometimes, when I boot up my machine, it'll boot normally
but when I get to the login prompt, my keyboard and mouse
get no response on screen. The cursor keeps on flashing
and everything seems to be working (I can telnet in and
reboot the machine) and there is no error message so I
enlightenment to always make this window sticky,
alt-right-click it again and go to remember and tell it to
remember that setting.

I believe this results from when you upgrade your

The older kernels had a Route command which is used
in various startup scripts, but the newer series
is smarter and no longer requires the route command
so it doesn't exist. These error
