This afternoon, I have reverted to the original xorg.conf and updated
the system (few packages but including x11-xserver-utils). I don't
know why but it works.
If you wish I do some tests, feel free to ask.

Yeah, seems it's the same error in x86emu, and the same SiS chip, so
probably the same bug. We'll need more debugging information from
x86emu to understand
