I can't deinstall Declude 3.1.0
on a Win2003 Server engine.
(although deinstalled, it is still resappearing
after the 4.4.0 install).
Also the installation of Declude 4.4.0
doesn't run into the right directory.
(instead of d:\smartermail it goes to: d:\kunden)
Any clues on that ?

I think the install has been broken for a couple of years. It always
seems to drop the files in the wrong directories. I have found myself
having to go into the registry to fix things every time I install it.

I did that already yesterday.
I deleted almost every phrase in the registry containing Declude,
rebooted the machine. But it didn't help.
Where exactly are the services defined ?
Is there any step-by-step instruction on how
to do it ?

The install is not broken and has never been broken. Declude installs to the
correct directory based on your mail server installation and configuration.

IMail and SmarterMail from the default prior to the Declude install.
