decludeproc.exe crashes several times a day. I have set the service to restart whenever it does crash but sometimes it does not restart (or restart properly) and messages queue up in the Proc folder.
We are running IMAIL 2006 (v 9) on Windows Server 2003 SP2.
Any help appreciated.

If your Declude\diags.txt indeed shows 4.4.0 log into your declude account and
you will find the log in for the interim releases. There is a 4.4.18 release
that deals with some Imail address book issues that can be causing the crashes.
