MadExcept gives you a list of the processes but not the CPU utilisations when a
crash occurs. It also provides the exact line in the source code where the
crash occurs, assuming it's a crash. But you may be using this already.

Apart than automated tools the best manual tool would be to have the client
PC running Sysinternals Process Explorer, and turn on the CPU history
columns
