Logo Number 10 has 67% of the votes and 67% of the binding votes, and
thus is the clear winner. Unless there are any significant objections
from committers, I'll go ahead and update the STATUS file to reflect
this decision.

I agree with Jeremy and hence why I picked #1 submission - theme looks
nice...I'm NOT just looking at the graphics per-se (we all know the
graphics can be improved once a theme and design has been
approved/voted)...A hat without a feather (i.e. Apache) might be
representing Derby but _not_ Apache

1) Derby as a hat is for me US a phenomenom, I would call at a
bowler. (I never heard of Derby as a hat before I started working with
Derby. To me Derby was a town in England, a horse race, an english
football team or a football match (or any match) between
