The 10.2 release page contains a link to a JIRA filter I created. How do
I make this filter public? Right now, other people are getting a
permissions problem when they click on the link.

is, once I'm on that page, how do I change my filter from Private to
Global? Clicking on the Private icon isn't working for me and I don't
know what other trick to try.

Dang. I don't have a Share link in the Operations column. I have View,
Edit, Delete, and Add Column Order. Hm.

I see now that your original query was for bugs that developers have
marked to be fixed in 10.2 , which is interesting too, but maybe it
could be all
I have granted permission to create shared filters to all members of
the derby-developers group. Please keep the global list of filters
tidy and keep the sharing within the derby-developers group. Don't
share the filter globally unless there's a really good reason.
