My own thinking is that it is a convenience if we allow people ot enter the URL
without the URL encoding. It is much easier to type a space

locationmap entry to:
match pattern=project.index.xml
location

I know David made some commits using RNG schemas earlier, but I'm not quite
confident with them yet. Do we need to do anything special to use RNG
schemas? How about XSD schemas?
