The reason why the current sl-SI dictionary extension has no localized
entry for sl is propbably that it was created in-house. We probbaly only
had the dictionary files and license texts available at that time and
thus the extension just features English text (we can't write Slovenian
^_-)

You mean the name of the extension in the dialog. From here, it seems
possible to have a description in your language
No, no. I know I as author of an extension can make localized text in
it. I already did it with my extension:

What I am talking here about is this. Since 3.0 the dictionaries are
included as extensions. And with Slovenian extension
